Reporting Abuse of Services

If you believe that anyone is abusing any services provided by or through Orion, including misuse of domain names, copyright infringement, unsolicited commercial email through any of our servers or denial of service attacks, please let us know by sending an email to the address below or by contacting us via the contact page on this site.

We will acknowledge your message, normally within two working days, and we may require further information from you in order to investigate our claim. You can speed up this process by providing as much relevant information as you can with your initial report, including IP addresses, email headers, domain names, dates and times. We will investigate your complaint and get back to you as quickly as we can, but definitely with five working days.
